The simplest type of trade order is a market order. A market order is a buy or sell of a digital asset at the current market price determined by the underlying decentralized exchanges. Unlike limit orders, which allow traders to set a specific price at which they are willing to buy or sell, market orders prioritize execution speed over price. When a market order is placed, it is executed immediately at the best available price on the market.
