20% of all Definitive Revenue is now directed towards EDGE Buybacks

Every week, EDGE stakers now receive rewards representing 10% of all Definitive protocol revenues.

In addition, 10% of all Definitive revenue has been directed towards ongoing EDGE buybacks since Q4 of 2025.

The EDGE Rewards Flywheel directly benefits traders and active stakers within the ecosystem - powered fully by Definitive revenue.

Rewards are backed by Revenue, NOT Emissions.

In total, 20% of Definitive revenue goes directly towards buybacks every week - with half rewarded directly to active traders and stakers as protocol distributions.

This means that 1 - every trade on Definitive directly contributes to EDGE rewards 2 - stakers directly earn distributions from protocol revenue 3 - staked traders receive even more benefits and participate in a greater share

Buybacks and distributions will increase as Definitive's revenues grow, expanding rewards for stakers and traders.

How the EDGE flywheel works

Each week - 10% of all Definitive revenue is used to buyback EDGE.

2.5% is distributed among all EDGE stakers proportionally. 7.5% is distributed among all EDGE stakers who trade, proportionally as a function of their volume.

All rewards are distributed as staked EDGE.

As an example:

Definitive generates $100,000 in total weekly revenue. $10,000 is used to buyback EDGE. $2,500 is distributed to stakers. $7,500 is distributed to stakers who trade. If you staked 1% of all staked EDGE, you would receive $25 that week. If you also traded 1% of all trading volume on Definitive, you would receive an additional $75, rewarding you a total of $100 that week as staked EDGE.

Your pending rewards, effective reward rate, and rewards history are displayed in the Rewards tab within Definitive. Starting 3/16/26 - a minimum of $200 in staked EDGE qualifies you for rewards.

Stake EDGE seamlessly in Definitive

In addition to receiving EDGE rewards, stakers also unlock lower trading fees - accelerating benefits for traders.

EDGE can now be staked directly from Definitive in the Stake EDGE tab. Your EDGE balance from any Portfolios can be staked - without requiring transfers from an external wallet.
