Trading Fees
Definitive platform trading fees
Definitive platform trading fees apply to all order types (Market, TWAP, Limit, Stop, Bracket) across both Prime and Turbo interfaces.
Trading majors to majors or stablecoins are free on select chains, and all stablecoin pairs are free.
Trading any other asset starts at 85 bps, lowers to 70 bps with staking, and decreases based on volume.
Our any-to-any swap routing means you pay 2x+ less vs other platforms which require multiple trades to an intermediary token.
Staking a minimum of $200 in EDGE immediately unlocks lower fees. Staking more EDGE increases your volume lookback window, scaling fee reductions.

Scaled Fee Reductions
Tiered Staking accounts for your historical trading volume - letting you unlock better fee tiers faster and for longer.
The more EDGE you stake, the longer your historical volume lookback window.

As an example:
If you traded $500K per month for the past 2 months on Definitive, Staking $2,000 in $EDGE would immediately move you from Tier 4 to Tier 3 by extending the volume lookback window from 30 days to 60 days. On every $100K trade, you’d save $350 on trading fees by staking $2,000 EDGE — moving you from the Tier 4 Unstaked to Tier 3 Staked. This saves you 43% in trading fees on every trade.
