1. Join our Discord server via our customized invite link: [discord.gg/definitive](https://discord.gg/definitive)\
   Under server settings, you can customize your nickname and disable direct messages from others (highly recommended to prevent scams).

2. Press "Complete" to continue to our server rules and agree.&#x20;

3. There is a 10-minute timer before continuing to the next step. This is another deterrent for bots/scammers.&#x20;

4. Go through the Pandez Guard security.\
   \- This also gives you a 2nd chance to turn off DMs from others.\
   \- Captcha is done via the on-screen number pad.\
   \- This is the last step before receiving a "Verified" role, which gives you access to the entire server.

5. Navigate to #open-a-ticket

6. Create a ticket, and a private channel will be created for you and the Definitive team. \
   Please provide us with your:\
   \- wallet address\
   \- organization ID (located in the top right Profile button > Organization)\
   This information will help us identify your Definitive account and expedite the support process.
