We provide full support in our Discord community server. This guide shows how to join the server and open a ticket.
Join our Discord server via our customized invite link: discord.gg/definitive Under server settings, you can customize your nickname and disable direct messages from others (highly recommended to prevent scams).
Press "Complete" to continue to our server rules and agree.
There is a 10-minute timer before continuing to the next step. This is another deterrent for bots/scammers.
Go through the Pandez Guard security. - This also gives you a 2nd chance to turn off DMs from others. - Captcha is done via the on-screen number pad. - This is the last step before receiving a "Verified" role, which gives you access to the entire server.
Navigate to #open-a-ticket
Create a ticket, and a private channel will be created for you and the Definitive team. Please provide us with your: - wallet address - organization ID (please see image below, located at the top navigation bar, More > Organization) This information will help us identify your Definitive account and expedite the support process.
