### <mark style="color:orange;">How to Claim Your $EDGE</mark>

1. Click on “EDGE Airdrop” tab from the top navigation or go to [claim.definitive.fi](http://claim.definitive.fi)

2. You will need to complete required quests before you are able to claim your $EDGE.

3. If you do not already have a Definitive account, you may be prompted to create one before proceeding. You will also need to accept our Terms of Service (”TOS”) to proceed.
4. Connect your wallet.
5. You will see two options to claim - “Claim + Stake” or “Claim”

   1. Claim + Stake: Will automatically stake the **entire amount** of your claimed $EDGE on Definitive. Note that unstaking $EDGE has a 7-day cooldown.\

      The first 1,000 stakers to stake a minimum of 1,000 $EDGE for at least 30 days will receive an additional airdrop of +1,000 EDGE after the 30-day period. Initially, staking at least 1,000 $EDGE on Definitive unlocks reduced trading fees.<br>
   2. Claim: Allows you to claim $EDGE directly into your wallet. You may then choose to stake any amount of your $EDGE on Definitive separately on the Staking page.<br>

6. Once you select "Claim" or "Claim + Stake", you’ll be prompted to select a wallet. **You will need to connect a Base-compatible wallet.** Then, sign the transaction in your wallet.

7. Once you’ve successfully claimed your $EDGE, you’ll see the screen below. If you have not yet staked your $EDGE, you will be able to do so in order to unlock reduced trading fees.

8. &#x20;If you have chosen to Claim + Stake your $EDGE, then you will see the below screen. To unstake your $EDGE at any time, go to the Staking tab in the top navigation. Note that unstaking $EDGE has a 7-day cooldown period. See the Staking page in our Docs for details.<br>
